Behind every project and decision is a wealth of skill and knowledge in several areas; from the initial design phase all the way to guiding clients through multi-million dollar projects.

Each and every client is served by Carl Starrett, an industry veteran with over 50 years in the construction industry. Mr. Starrett has an impressive track record of successful construction projects ranging from the beginning of the building process such as RFI’s and RFQ’s to bid preparation, implementing cost controls and the entire project management process.
